STORE FRONT MANAGER
As the Store Front Manager, your role entails supervising a range of device repairs, scheduling customer appointments, coordinating customer engagements, conducting diagnoses and servicing of smartphones, computers, tablets, and game consoles, and informing customers of the services rendered. Alongside this, you will be accountable for promoting and vending an array of accessories, protection plans, and products.
What you will do:
- Efficiently running the store with low to average traffic, which may include handling 5-10 transactions per day
- Conducting cell phone and computer repairs for customers
- Operating the register and processing transactions
- Interacting with walk-in customers and receiving phone calls to provide excellent customer service
- Placing orders for new products and parts, and managing inventory levels
- Creating reports to track sales, inventory, and other key metric
- Ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service throughout their visit to the store.
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with others
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to remain patient and de-escalate tense situations
- Willingness to participate in various physical aspects of store operations, such as electronics repairs, inventory management, and customer support
- Strong proficiency in written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills, specifically in English
- Ability to maintain proper inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Strong focus on customer service, with the ability to inform, educate, and train customers
- Ability to work efficiently in both structured and unstructured environments
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
