As a Computer Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring employee satisfaction with their computer hardware and software, in addition to maintaining the network’s up-to-date status.
FRONT DESK TECHNICIAN
The role of the candidate is to provide customer service by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices while ensuring customer satisfaction. While soldering and console experience are desirable, they are not necessary.
STORE FRONT MANAGER
As the Store Front Manager, your role entails supervising a range of device repairs, scheduling customer appointments, coordinating customer engagements, conducting diagnoses and servicing of smartphones, computers, tablets, and game consoles, and informing customers of the services rendered. Alongside this, you will be accountable for promoting and vending an array of accessories, protection plans, and products.
